We ask for your patience during this difficult time. We take our responsibility to keep
you safe very seriously and have implemented changes to do just that. We have added
CDC recommended sanitizing protocols to our already very stringent cleaning regimen.
Some changes you will see, yet many more are behind the scenes. Our Doctors and
staff are aware that we need to adhere to an "on time" schedule while maintaining our
high clinical standards of providing the best patient care.
Face masks/covers: Our staff will be wearing a face mask/cover to protect you. We will ask
that you wear a face mask to protect us. If you do not have a face mask, we will be happy to
provide one for you. If you prefer not to wear a face mask, we will limit our contact with you to
phone or email and you will not be permitted inside the building.
Curbside pickup of food and medications with pre-order and pre-payment: We will
continue to provide curb-side service for medication and food pick-ups. If you are able, please
call ahead or email us at manorpinecreek@gmail.com 24 hours in advance with your
requests. When you arrive, call in and a staff member will take your payment and deliver your
items to the car.
Appointments: Please wait in your car and call us at 717-393-5084 to let us know you
have arrived. We will contact you when a clean exam room is ready for you & your pet. Only
one person will be permitted to accompany the pet into the building. You will be asked to use
a hand sanitizer, have your temperature taken, and answer some basic health questions upon
entrance.
Please convey any of your pet’s health concerns or any questions you may have to the staff
member who calls to confirm your appointment. Feel free to send a note or email your
questions to manorpinecreek@gmail.com prior to your visit.
Social Distancing: We ask that you maintain social distancing as much as possible when in
the building. Our staff will direct you a specified seating area. Once the exam is done and the
treatment plan has been discussed, your pet may be taken to separate treatment area for
blood work or radiographs if further diagnostics are needed.
Special considerations for at-risk/sick clients: If you are in a high risk group you may feel
more comfortable waiting in the car during your pet’s appointment. Call when you arrive and a
staff member will come out for your pet. You will receive a phone call from the doctor once the
exam has been performed to discuss exam findings, recommendations, and treatments. Costs
will be discussed at that time.
Client with signs of, or recovering from, COVID. If you feel sick, especially with flu-like
symptoms, or have been in contact with anyone who is sick, especially those who tested
positive for COVID-19, please do not travel to the office with your pet. Please arrange
alternative transportation to our office for your pet or reschedule your appointment.
Please make sure we have your cell phone number, email, and current address.
